An ultra-low-power LoRa SiP device built around an integrated 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0 MCU and sub-GHz radio.

  • Full 862–1020 MHz frequency coverage
  • Up to 20 dBm maximum transmit power
  • Sensitivity down to -136 dBm (LoRaWAN™) / -148 dBm (proprietary narrowband)
