An ultra-low-power LoRa SiP device built around an integrated 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0 MCU and sub-GHz radio.
- Up to 256 KB Flash and 40 KB RAM
- Full 862–1020 MHz frequency coverage
- Up to 20 dBm maximum transmit power
- Sensitivity down to -136 dBm (LoRaWAN™) / -148 dBm (proprietary narrowband)
- LoRa, (G)FSK, (G)MSK and OOK modulation
- Configurable serial communication interfaces
- 12-bit, 1 Msps ADC with up to 8 external channels
